We, or our licensors, own Copyright and/or database rights in the selection, co-ordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the original content. Except as expressly set out in these Terms of Use, nothing in these Terms of Use shall give you any rights in respect of any intellectual property own by us or our licensors. You shall not assert or attempt to obtain such rights and you shall not use, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit our name, trademarks, logos or other proprietary marks, or use any of the content on our Site, in whole or in part, except as provided in these Terms of Use.
The content of this site (images, text buttons, logos, video clips, PDF downloads, software – this list is not exhaustive) are the property of All Things Glass. The website is protected by British and International copyright and cannot be copied or distributed without written permission in any way.
Any unauthorized use terminates your permission to use this site.
7. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions in the Terms of Use, you are prohibited from using the site or any of its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to participate or perform any unlawful acts, to violate any international, federal, provincial, state or country defined regulations, rules, laws or local ordinance’s. You are prohibited from infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others or to submit false or misleading information. You are prohibited from uploading or transmitting viruses or any other form of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the service or any related website. You are also prohibited from tracking the personal information of others or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service or any related website. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
You must not establish a link to our site in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link to our site in any website that is not owned by you. Our Site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the homepage. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

9 Disclaimer of warranties / limitation of liability
We do not represent, warrant or guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the result that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service at all is at your sole risk. The service and all its products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either implied or expressed, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall All Things Glass, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of date, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised or their possibility.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Although we hope our Site will be of interest to users (except to the extent that our Trading Terms apply) we accept no liability and offer no warranties or conditions in relation to our Site or its content, to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law.
Under no circumstances will we, the owner or operator of the Site, or any of their group companies, employees, officers or agents, or any other organisation involved in creating, producing, maintaining or distributing our Site, be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of a statutory duty, even if foreseeable, for any loss of profits, sales business or revenue, business interruption, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, us of or corruption to information or information.
We are not liable to you for any other losses you have suffered as a direct result. We are not liable to you for any other losses whether such losses are because we have not kept to our obligations or contract, because of something we have done or not done in negligence, due to defamatory statements or liability for a product or otherwise as a result of use of, or inability to use our Site. Use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Site, any mistake, fault, failure to do something, missing information, or virus on our Site or if it does not work property because of incidents outside of our control such as (but not limited to) interruptions to communication and networks and circumstances beyond our control, theft, destruction of information or someone gaining access to our records, programs or services without our permission, or goods, products, services or information received through or advertised on any website which we link to from our Site.

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions make up the agreement between you and us in how you use our Site. If a court decides that a condition is not valid, the remainder of the conditions will still apply.
The laws of England and Wales apply to your use of our Site and these conditions as we control our Site from within the United Kingdom. By using our Site you agree that the laws of England and Wales will to apply to everything relating to you using our Site and agree to keep to these laws irrespective of where in the world you are accessing our Site from. We have a right to tack you to court in the country you live in.
SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING
Thank you for visiting and shopping at All Things Glass.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Please note we only ship within the UK Mainland and do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Orders are typically processed and confirmed within 2-3 business days from placement and delivery is approximately 3 – 5 business¹ days from confirmation of order subject to stock availability.
• If we are experiencing high volume of order, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit. In the event of a significant delay we will contact you.
• Please be advised that we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels, delivery method and location.
• Standard shipping charges of £???? applies to all orders
• Any orders that our flagged following payment authorisation and verification that require additional information may delay processing of order. We accept no liability for any such delay.
RETURNS
Please note: All items must be checked within 24 hours of receipt. All Things Glass cannot accept claims for damages to items if they are not notified by email to info@allthingsglass.co.uk with digital photographic evidence within this time. Failure to notify us will deem that you have accepted the goods. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any rejection by you off the goods at a later date.
If you wish to return an order, you must do so with 7 days from receipt. You can do this by:-

Any return is subject to the following:-
• The product must be returned unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
• Perishable products will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Refunds will be for the price of the item(s) paid less any relevant delivery charges
• We reserve the right to refuse a return
• Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method and we reserve the right to ask for proof of identification
• Returns are at the expense of the Customer (unless the item is damaged – please refer to Damages section below) and you are liable for the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to us. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
• All post and packing costs are non-refundable
• We do not accept any returns after 7 days from shipment date.
• If an item(s) is not returned in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
• For items delivered to you in error, please contact us via email at info@allthingsglass.co.uk within 2 days and we will arrange for the goods to be collected from you.
CANCELLED ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email at info@allthingsglass.co.uk as soon as possible, within 2 days of placement or order. If your order has not yet been shipped we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back and processed them at our warehouse, usually within 2-3 weeks. For cancelled orders goods must be returned in the condition in which they were shipped out, i.e. unopened, undamaged, in original packaging. Returns are at the expense of the Customer (unless the item is damaged – please refer to Damages section below) and you are liable for the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to us. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive with a fault, defect or damage, please contact us no later than 24hrs of receipt by email at info@allthingsglass.co.uk enclosing digital photograph(s) clearly showing the defect or fault. Our Customer Care Team will then advise you on the next steps. The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances. We may arrange to replace the item (subject to availability) or provide you with a partial or full refund of the purchase amount. If we require you to return the item(s) to us we will either arrange collection or reimburse you the cost of the return (this will be the minimum costs to return via our chosen method)
Due to the nature of the material, All Things Glass cannot accept responsibility of damage once the item has been fitted. Any claims of damage after the item has been fitted will therefore be rejected.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to an item to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care
PLEASE NOTE
• This policy refers to readymade items only and does not apply to bespoke items, including all our “Art Deco Style” and made to measure products, which includes glass, mirror, acrylic and steel products cut to size and supplied under our bespoke manufacturing service. Unfortunately such items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• That, unless the product is defective, you will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, unopened and with any seals or shrink-wrapping intact. Please also be aware that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to us
• In the event of us sending you a replacement for any damaged, defective or incorrect goods, you must return the original goods to us within 7 days of the delivery of the replacement. Provided you return the goods to us within 7 days, you will have nothing more to pay. However, if for any reason you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 7 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.
• Manufacturing tolerances.
Size of readymade mirrors is given as an approximate size and can vary slightly. Manufacturing tolerances of +/- 3mm is industry standard. Please bear this in mind when fitting into tight or recessed spaces.
• Mirror Finishes
Certain mirrors are described as Aged, Antique or ‘Shabby’ effect. These mirrors ae deliberately distressed so that they are in keeping with that particular mirrors design. Each mirror is made independently and the distress show may vary from the picture on our website. If in doubt please contact us via email at info@allthingsglass.co.uk before ordering.
• Visual distortion is not a manufacturing fault be an inherent characteristic of the material. We do not offer refunds base on the natural properties of the product.
• In respect of our ‘Art Deco Style’ mirrors with coloured panels, please note that no two mirrors are the same due to the hand crafted nature. Any ‘Art Deco Style’ image is for illustrative purposes only as indicative of the colour.
